Occupational Therapy During COVID-19

Coastal Rehab will continue to provide occupational therapy services to our clients during the COVID-19 pandemic, in line with required health directives. Our occupational therapists maintain services provided to a broad spectrum of clientele, including those more vulnerable to the virus, or those considered to be high-risk. Our adaptable service provision will ensure your health needs are met.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Coastal Rehab:

  • Will discuss your vaccination status with you prior to your appointment
  • Will provide face-to-face consultations for most OT services, under certain conditions in line with current health advice
  • Will provide telehealth appointments for most OT services
  • Will follow national and QLD Government directives followed regarding mask-wearing, social distancing
  • Will conduct screening of all clients, support people, suppliers and Coastal Rehab staff
